As a Shift Manager at Ottolenghi Spitalfields, you’ll play a key role in delivering joyful guest experiences while supporting, guiding, and inspiring your team throughout each service.

The Ideal Shift Manager at Ottolenghi Spitalfields will :
  • Lead front-of-house operations during service, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience for both guests and team members
  • Support colleagues on the floor, at the till, and with takeaway customers while maintaining a calm and professional presence
  • Welcome guests and manage their journey from arrival to departure, always providing warm, thoughtful service
  • Handle guest feedback with empathy and generosity, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism
  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Head Chef to uphold service and operational excellence
  • Help train, support, and mentor new team members in Ottolenghi’s hospitality standards and service values
  • Promote a harmonious environment by supporting coordination between kitchen, floor, and retail teams
