Job summary

Greggs plc in Gloucester is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop team when the Manager isn’t present. You’ll motivate colleagues, ensure excellent customer service, and oversee daily operations, including food preparation, ovens, stock and displays.

This permanent role pays £14.20 per hour (with a 40p uplift) and offers weekly pay, colleague discounts, free hot drinks, paid breaks and a range of benefits. You’ll report to the store leadership and drive a positive shift culture.

• Previous team supervisory experience in a similar, customer-focused environment.

# Shift Manager### About the roleJoin us as a Shift Manager and you’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first.As part of the management team, you’ll be responsible for looking after the shop when the Manager isn’t around. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru.
