As a Shift Manager, you’ll lead a skilled team of engineers and apprentices, ensuring the smooth running, maintenance, and improvement of our production assets. Skills required for the Shift Manager:

• Must hold an engineer qualification
• Happy to work 4 on 4 off days and nights
• Strong electrical and mechanical skills
• Proven expertise in advanced engineering principles within a fast‑paced FMCG environment.
• Strong understanding of automated equipment and enhanced asset care practices.
• Clear understanding of OEE and the impact of engineering performance.
