Job summary

Domino’s is looking for a Shift Manager to oversee store operations on their shift. You will lead the team, ensure service excellence, and maintain high standards in food preparation and cleanliness. You will also coach team members and handle shift reporting, with responsibility during evenings and weekends.

The role requires prior experience in fast-paced settings, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of food safety practices within a retail or food environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product control and ensure correct volumes are prepared.
• Ensure the store cleaning standards are maintained.
• Complete statutory paperwork in line with Food Hygiene Regulations and company Health & Safety standards.

The Role:

As a Shift Manager, you’ll take charge of store operations during your shift, ensuring everything runs smoothly in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. You’ll be responsible for organising the team, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining high operational standards. You’ll also play a key role in coaching and developing team members to help them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Role Requirements:

This role involves periods of standing, lifting, carrying, and reaching. You may also work in hot environments (near ovens) and cold environments (walk-in fridges) and occasionally outdoors (e.g. refuse disposal, deliveries).
