Job summary

Greggs plc in Chippenham is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to lead a busy bakery-style shop. You’ll look after the store when the Manager isn’t around and motivate the team to deliver great service, food quality, and speed.

You’ll prepare products, manage ovens, keep displays stocked, and ensure the shop is clean and welcoming. This role suits those with people leadership experience who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.

Join us as a Shift Manager and you’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first.As part of the management team, you’ll be responsible for looking after the shop when the Manager isn’t around. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru. You'll lead the way in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:
