Job summary

Taco Bell is hiring a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, train teammates, and ensure top-quality, fast service in a lively environment. You will contribute to a culture of accuracy and guest satisfaction while supporting ongoing expansion efforts.

The role offers full training, flexible hours, and opportunities to grow as the brand expands across the region. Fluency in English and local presence are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and support to junior staff during shifts.

• Deliver friendly, efficient service and resolve customer inquiries.
• Assist in scheduling and daily shift operations as the restaurant grows.

The Shift Manager Role

We provide full training and support so no prior experience is needed. Working in our friendly team you will focus on amazing attention to detail to make our incredible Mexican-Inspired menu that includes; Crunchy Tacos, Bubbling Burritos, Cheesy Quesadillas & Crispy Nachos whilst also providing our customers with an exciting and unique service experience. We have high standards and our craveable eats have to be right every time, and so quality checking is part of the job. This Shift Manager role is amazing for those who want to an opportunity to grow and move up as we are expanding fast.
