The Shift Manager will provide leadership and coordination of Manufacturing, Quality & Materials across shift. To hold responsibility for people performance and development of shift employees. Implement central standards and to be the decision maker on shift. Will be accountable for performance KPIs, safety & GPTW on shift, while working with functional department managers to fully utilise allocated labour.
