Overview

The Shift Manager will provide leadership and coordination of Manufacturing, Quality & Materials across shift, hold responsibility for people performance and development of shift employees, implement central standards and be decision maker on shift. They will be accountable for performance KPIs, safety & GPTW on shift, while working with functional department managers to fully utilize allocated labour.
