Job summary

Wingstop UK - Merry Hill is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily shifts, support and develop the team, and uphold high standards in service, food quality and cleanliness. You will motivate the team, step in during busy periods, and drive operational performance on the shop floor.

This hands-on role is based in one of our restaurants where guests can dine in, order takeaway or delivery, with you leading from the front during busy periods to ensure every customer leaves satisfied.

• Experience supervising or leading a team.
• Ability to coach and develop staff.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

About theRole

As a ShiftManager, you’ll take the lead in running smooth, successful shifts whilesupporting and developing your team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining highstandards across service, food quality, and cleanliness, ensuring every customerhas a great experience.

You’llmotivate the team, step in where needed, and keep everything on track duringbusy periods. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead by example, build teamconfidence, and play a key part in delivering strong operational performance.

This role isbased in one of our restaurants where customers can dine in, as well as ordertakeaway and delivery. As a Shift Manager, you’ll lead from the front duringbusy shifts, supporting your team, driving standards, and making sure everycustomer leaves with a great experience.
