Greggs is hiring a Shift Manager at 58 High Street Baldock. You will join a team focused on delivering excellent customer service across in-shop and online orders. You’ll lead the shop when the Manager isn’t around, motivate staff, and ensure the team has what they need to perform well.

Typical duties include preparing products, stocking displays, and keeping the shop clean and presentable. The role offers a range of colleague benefits and 25 contract hours per week.

About the role

Join us as a Shift Manager and you’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first.

As part of the management team,you’llbe responsible forlooking after the shop when the Managerisn’taround. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.

We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.Y ou'lllead the way inmaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:
