A leading delivery service provider is seeking a Shift Maintenance Team Leader to support engineering automation at their North West Super Hub in Warrington. The ideal candidate will have engineering qualifications and experience in automation engineering. Key responsibilities include providing technical leadership and managing maintenance standards. Salary: £55,919 plus company pension scheme, with highly competitive contribution rates, generous annual leave offering of 22.5 days, plus bank holidays

To support our transformation, we are looking for a Shift Maintenance Team Leader to join the team at the North West Super Hub in Warrington. If you have a background in engineering with strong skills in electrical automation and hold a relevant engineering qualification, we would love to hear from you.
The Maintenance Team Leader has no direct line management and reports directly into the Operational Shift Manager. You will assist in ensuring that all relevant Health & Safety Policy and Guidelines are adhered to by Maintenance Teams whilst under their leadership.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for providing proactive technical leadership, guidance and support for all engineering automation issues within the Mail Centre. You will ensure engineering maintenance is completed to defined standards and is delivered by a competent engineering workforce in a cost-effective manner.
14:00 to 22:00 Monday to Friday. A degree of flexibility is required to meet operational demands.
