Job description

Working with a global market leading Blue Chip Manufacturing firm in the Stanford Le Hope area. The Shift Maintenance Electrician offers excellent opportunities for both training and career development. The site is fully automated and works with a market leading Manufacturing company. Overtime is paid at 1.5x and 2x, a high salary and an annual KPI Bonus are also provided.

Main Duties & Responsibilities of Shift Maintenance Electrician include
  • Providing plant‑wide maintenance service, departmental support and repairs to ensure all production targets are maintained, including maintaining factory manufacturing machinery.
  • Monitoring & supplying Engineering support for machine set‑up & changeovers to ensure the product conforms to quality assurance standards and that changeovers are as efficient as possible.
Experience and Qualifications Required for Shift Maintenance Electrician
  • Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship, Electrical Engineering NVQ, BTEC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (e.g., NVQ, City and Guilds, ONC, BTEC or above – Mechanical or Electrical, 18th Edition)
  • High degree of Health & Safety awareness.
  • Ability to fault‑find, repair and provide solutions to problems.
