SushiDog Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a natural leader to guide a busy, fast-moving team during shifts, delivering great food and exceptional customer service. You will take charge of daily operations, maintain high standards, and drive a positive, inclusive team culture.

You will train, coach and motivate staff, maintain food safety and quality standards, and help the restaurant run smoothly with strong organisation and clear communication.

Mansioni

• Responsible of the team during shifts to keep everything running efficiently.
• Ensure that all food quality and safety standards are met.
• Lead by example, whether it’s handling customer inquiries, jumping in to assist the team, or solving problems on the spot.
• Help train and coach staff to perform at their best.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming restaurant environment.
• Handle stock counts and orders as needed.
• Communicate clearly with both customers and team members, ensuring smooth service.
