Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to join our Soton Exford Avenue Express team in the United Kingdom. You will lead the store floor, coordinate across departments, and ensure a great customer experience while coaching colleagues.

This role offers a guaranteed minimum of hours per week and an hourly starting rate of £15.59, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Interviews may occur at nearby branches as part of the recruitment journey.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
