A leading care organization in Pontardawe seeks a compassionate Service Leader to support individuals with complex needs. You will be responsible for providing personal care, leading your team, and ensuring high-quality support tailored to the needs of the individuals. Social Care Wales:You will have six months from starting the position to register for your SCW pin

Our Service Leader work both days and night shifts Care experience is essential, and we can work with over 18’s.

* Satisfactory Police Check and check against the ISA List (where applicable)
* A commitment to undertake training and development
* QCF Level 3 or above in Health and Social care
* Previous experience within social care setting
* Knowledge and commitment regarding Equal Opportunities
* Knowledge of the regulatory frameworks
* Confident IT user
