Job description
Shift Leader

Salary: £13.78 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£12.30 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay) and £290 per month car allowance. Location: Luton.

You will take accountability for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service while on our client’s sites. Shifts vary in length; you will be required to travel to a different client site each day and may occasionally be expected to stay away from home.

Working Hours
  • Days: Monday – Sunday (up to 5 days in a 7‑day working pattern; flexibility possible)
  • Shift times: Evening / Night shifts

Additional information

Please note all work will require prolonged periods of standing and some use of step stools and ladders. Some sites are in warehouses or large retail premises where you may be required to access and work with ground and high‑level stock. This role requires working unsociable hours, early mornings or night shifts, and therefore we are unable to hire anyone under 18 years of age.
