Job summary

Prezzo Trading LTD is seeking a shift leader and potential Assistant Manager to join our restaurant team in the United Kingdom. You will open and close the restaurant, supervise during busy services, and ensure guests experience our Hospitality Magic.

Qualifications

• Hospitality pro with solid experience as a server or supervisor.
• Natural leader capable of guiding a team during busy service.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant as part of a keyholder.
• Lead the team when the GM is away during service.
• Ensure every guest experiences Hospitality Magic.
• Handle cashing up and compliance duties.
• Remain front-and-centre as a role model for the team.
