KFC is seeking a Team Leader who will be right there on the shop floor, leading the crew, keeping the restaurant running smoothly, and ensuring every guest leaves happy. You’ll set the pace, lift the vibe, and get stuck in to make each shift count.

You’ll coach and support your team, celebrate growth, and handle behind-the-scenes tasks like shift plans and stock checks. We hire people for potential and offer space to be the real you.
