Wingstop UK - Leeds Boar Lane is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead daily shifts, support the team, and maintain high standards of service and food quality. You will motivate staff, step in during busy periods, and drive store performance in a hands-on role across dine-in, takeaway and delivery.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, a hands-on leadership style, and strong communication and organisational skills, with a positive, team-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.
