Job summary

Domino’s stores in the UK are hiring a Shift Runner to lead store operations during your shift, stepping in for the Store Manager when needed and coaching the team to deliver great service.

You’ll open and close the store, manage shift changes, ensure food preparation meets standards, and maintain cleanliness and safety. Evening and weekend availability is required. This role offers competitive hourly pay and opportunities for progression within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a busy, fast-paced setting.
• Supervisory experience in a food or retail environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members during designated shifts.
• Open and close the store, manage shift changes and complete shift reports.
• Ensure all food preparation is completed to company standards.
• Deliver fast, accurate and outstanding service to customers.
• Maintain product control and ensure correct volumes are prepared.
• Ensure the store cleaning standards are maintained.
• Complete statutory paperwork in line with Food Hygiene Regulations and company Health & Safety standards
