KFC Edinburgh - Princes Mall is seeking a Team Leader to guide the floor team, drive the restaurant to hit targets, and ensure every guest leaves happy.

You’ll lead from the front, coach your crew, and coordinate shifts and stock to keep the operation running smoothly in a fast-paced, welcoming environment.

About the role

You’ll be right there on the floor, leading the team, keeping thingsrunning smooth, and making sure every guest leaves happy. It’s about settingthe pace, lifting the vibe, and getting stuck in to make every shift count.

Whatwill you spend your time doing?

• Lead from the front. You’ll get stuck in with the team, setting the pace and driving therestaurant to hit targets and smash expectations.
• Build your crew up. You’ll coach, support, and celebrate your team—making sure everyonegrows, learns, and brings their best to every shift.
• Keep it running smooth. From stock checks to shift plans, you’ll help keep things tickingbehind the scenes so the front runs like clockwork.
