A leading beverage manufacturer in Tadcaster is seeking a Shift Leader in the Packaging function to lead a team in achieving high performance and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong people management skills and a solid understanding of Total Productive Maintenance principles. Shift pattern: Days based, Monday – Friday (07:30 – 15:30)

As the Shift Manager, you’ll report into the Line Leader of the area and play a central role in ensuring our colleagues on the production line continue to exude brilliance in every task they endeavour. With experience in managing people, you’ll engage with your teams to ensure that every colleague feels supported in their own professional and personal development, whilst also fostering collaboration with your peers for a functional & operating site; in adherence to our Total Productive Management (TPM) principles as a guiding framework.

From barley to bar, our Supply Chain produces high-quality beers and ciders, prioritising safety, sustainability and innovation to keep our operations running smoothly.
You’ll be based within the broader packaging team, focused on keeping our bottling, canning and other lines running smoothly and efficiently. Your role contributes to ensuring machinery is reliable, well-maintained and safe, while also anticipating future needs and driving fresh, innovative improvements to increase the site’s overall output.
