Tortilla Mexican Grill plc in Coventry is hiring a Shift Leader on a permanent basis with both part-time and full-time options, offering a competitive rate up to £13.21 per hour, paid every two weeks.

As a Shift Leader you will oversee restaurant operations, lead and train your crew, and contribute to delivering great customer service. The ideal candidate has prior team leader or supervisory experience in hospitality and a friendly, proactive approach.

Here at Tortilla, we are seeking to recruit a Shift Leader to join us in Coventry. You will join us on a permanent basis, with part-time and full-time opportunities available, and in return, you will receive a competitive rate of upto£13.21 per hour, paid every 2 weeks.

What we’re looking for in our Shift Leader:

Our Shift Leaders help make Tortilla the awesome place it is! We’d love you to have previous experience in a bar, restaurant, hotel, coffee shop or fast food chain as a Team Leader or Supervisor, but the more important thing for us is that you’re friendly, outgoing and love to lead & train your crew.
