About the Role

As Shift Manager you will accomplish all shift work requirements by orienting, assisting and coaching employees. You will ensure all standards are met by following production, productivity, quality and customer service standards. You will monitor operations, reallocate resources and solve operational problems. You will work within a £multi-million restaurant and manage a team of 100 or more employees. This position is open to people who have experience managing and leading teams within a retail, hospitality, business or customer‑focused environment.
