Tortilla Mexican Grill plc in Bournemouth is hiring a Shift Leader to join our team on a permanent basis. We offer both part-time and full-time opportunities at a competitive rate of up to £13.21 per hour, paid every 2 weeks.

As a Shift Leader you will lead and train crew members, ensure guest satisfaction, and help maintain the high standards that define Tortilla. Enjoy sociable hours, staff meals, and career progression as we grow our stores across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader or Supervisor in a bar/restaurant setting.
• Strong people management and training skills.
• Clear communication and guest-focused service.
• Positive attitude and ability to lead a crew on shift.
