Job summary

Nando's Northampton Sixfields is seeking a proactive Shift Lead to help run busy shifts at our Sixfields restaurant. You’ll lead a small team, keep service smooth, and ensure customers receive the famous PERi-PERi moments you deliver with energy and pride.

We offer a full-time role with hourly pay of £13.19, opportunities to grow into management, paid breaks, and a team-centered environment where every Nandoca can thrive.
