Café Rouge in the United Kingdom is seeking a Supervisor to join the team as a Keyholder. You will help open and close the restaurant, support service prep, and coordinate shifts with the Management Team.

You’ll build rapport with colleagues, deliver outstanding guest service, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment where the floor is your stage. This role blends leadership with hands‑on collaboration across front and back of house.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence and guest satisfaction are essential.
• Experience leading a small team during service periods.
• Comfort with opening/closing procedures and shift coordination.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for opening and securely closing the building.
• Help prepare for service, working closely with the Management Team and helping run the shifts.
• Be great at building rapport and being a point of contact for the team members, both back and front of house.
• Be obsessed with customer service and delighting each and every one of our guests.
• Be used to working in a fast paced, upbeat environment, where the floor is your stage!
