What’s the job

Your role as a Shift Lead is pivotal in ensuring a safe working and shopping environment. Youre the person who will oversee your shift to cultivate a great experience for both colleagues and customers daily. Its B&Q's ambition to make every customer count so youll strive to ensure B&Q is a place colleagues love to work and customers love to this role you will :

  • Be the heartbeat of the store day-to-day and ensure operations are running smoothly.
  • Make sure colleagues are deployed correctly to make every customer count throughout your shift.
  • Be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues.
  • Make sure our stores are safe at all times.
