Job summary
Park Plaza Leeds is seeking a proactive Shift Engineer to maintain the hotel’s building and critical systems, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests. Qualifications
- Experience maintaining hotel facilities or similar building services.
- Ability to perform routine checks and respond to faults promptly.
- Strong customer service mindset and professional image.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the overall maintenance of the building.
- Carry out routine spot checks of equipment.
- Promote a helpful and professional image to guests and team members by responding with full cooperation to requests.
- Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude.
