Multi‑skilled Engineer – Mechanical or Electrical Bias

Location : Bedfordshire (commutable from Bedford, Biggleswade, St Neots, Huntingdon, Letchworth, Stevenage, Cambridge, Milton Keynes, and surrounding areas)

What you’ll do :

Working a 12‑hour slow rotating Panama / 3s & 2s shift pattern (with every other Friday‑Sunday off), you’ll play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of all mechanical and electrical systems across production and site facilities. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Performing mechanical and electrical maintenance to the highest safety and quality standards.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Responding to production needs and coordinating work with engineering and factory teams.
  • Liaising with contractors and sourcing essential spares efficiently.
  • Keeping the workshop and work areas clean and following all safety procedures.
