We are looking for a dedicated Temporary Staffing Shift Coordinator to join our team and support the efficient management of flexible workers (bank/agency staff) across various departments within the Trust. This role will involve coordinating staffing requests, maintaining communication with workers, supporting recruitment, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. If you have strong organisational skills, enjoy working with people, and are looking to make an impact within a healthcare setting, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities and Skills
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
