Job summary

Be Personnel Ltd. is seeking a Part-Time Recruitment Coordinator to provide local support in Shetland. You will be a key local representative, liaising with clients, temporary workers and the Be Personnel recruitment team to ensure responsive and reliable service.

You'll coordinate new starts, inductions and ongoing worker support while building strong relationships with clients. Prior recruitment experience isn't essential; we value organisation, approachability and professional representation.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for Be Personnel's clients in Shetland
• Assist with recruitment for open vacancies
• Liaise with clients regarding staffing requirements and new starters
• Coordinate new starts and inductions
• Maintain regular contact with our temporary workforce
• Visit client sites and meet client contacts and workers
• Support workers with accommodation-related matters as required
• Communicate staffing updates to the recruitment team
• Provide feedback on workforce attendance and performance
