Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the SHEQ team, providing guidance and support.
  • Maintain and enhance ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all SHEQ legislation and standards.
  • Deliver training, toolbox talks and drive SHEQ awareness.
  • Investigate incidents, oversee corrective actions and produce reports.
  • Manage risk assessments, audits and inspections across all sites.
  • Lead SHEQ onboarding and continuous improvement initiatives.

VANRATH are assisting in the recruitment of a SHEQ Manager for a large company in Dungannon.

Site is based in Dungannon — Monday to Friday — This is a Permanent position.
