Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is recruiting a SHEQ Advisor for a major utility/nuclear infrastructure project in Leiston, Suffolk. The role requires ownership of SHEQ performance on a landmark Sizewell C project, collaborating with stakeholders to raise standards and drive continuous improvement.

You will benefit from funded training, defined progression to Senior level, and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare and pension.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a health and safety function within construction, utilities or nuclear.
• Understanding of ISO45001 and ISO14001.
• NEBOSH Certificate.
• Commutable to Leiston, Suffolk or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SHEQ performance as measured by client KPIs.
• Develop and enhance SHEQ procedures to exceed client expectations and meet legislative requirements.
• Ensure SHEQ procedures and practice align with company standards.
• Support ISO45001 and ISO14001 compliance across the site.
• Monday–Friday, 5 days a week on site.
