  • Proven ability to identify trends and communicate insights clearly.
  • Experience working within a SHEQ team.
  • Ability to interpret legislation and Approved Codes of Practice.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
  • Confident communicator at all organisational levels.
  • Ability to make informed decisions and recognise when escalation is needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Visio, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Flexible in working hours and location as required.

About the Role:

Our client is looking to strengthen their SHEQ function with a dedicated, site-based SHEQ Advisor for a key project in Bournemouth. This role plays a vital part in supporting the regional SHEQ Manager and driving best‑in‑class SHEQ performance across the project.

You will contribute to the continuous improvement of SHEQ standards, provide hands‑on support to project teams, collaborate closely with the wider organisation, and promote a culture where safety and quality are prioritised.

Key Responsibilities:
