A utility services provider in Greater London seeks a full-time SHEQ Administrator to assist with maintaining and improving SHEQ administration. Responsibilities include administrative support for induction training, monitoring occupational health completions, and creating Toolbox Talks. Candidates should have a formal health and safety qualification, be strong administrators with Microsoft knowledge, and possess a full UK driving licence. The role offers training and progression opportunities within a supportive team environment.

Our work is mainly in the Water Industry, where we repair and maintain water assets and then backfill / reinstate the surfaces. Some of this work contains hazardous activities such as deep excavations and working on the Highways. We also support the Gas and Power Utilities when required. Most recently we have been awarded the Smart Metering contract for Essex and Suffolk.
We are looking to recruit a full time SHEQ Administrator.
You'll be part of a small, supportive SHEQ team, with room to take initiative and make your mark. Reporting to the SHEQ Manager, initially your role will help maintain and improve SHEQ administration across all areas of the business.
This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, onsite role, based in our offices in Brentwood.
Due to our location not being commutable by public transport you will need to be a driver and have your own means of transport.
