Job summary

Radius Housing is seeking a Domestic Assistant for Blaris Fold, Lisburn. The role is permanent and based in Lisburn, with a pay rate of £12.85 per hour. The position requires experience in domestic cleaning and the ability to work with residents in sheltered housing environments.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning/domestic experience in a paid or voluntary capacity.
• Experience with different cleaning equipment and materials used in cleaning/domestic and laundry tasks.
• Sufficiently fluent in English to assist tenants, their families and visitors.
• Prepared to undertake training.

Responsibilities

• Provide clean, tidy and safe spaces for residents/tenants within the sheltered scheme.
• Maintain high standards of cleaning and deliver a quality service.
