Job summary

eXPD8 is recruiting a Retail Merchandiser based in the Carlton area. You will be part of a field-based merchandising team, visiting a variety of stores to ensure shelves are stocked and displays are eye-catching, while following brand guidelines.

The role involves working across categories and days (Tuesdays and Fridays, 6 shifts per week) with ad hoc opportunities. You will communicate with store managers and client teams, using a company tablet to report tasks and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail and/or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Thrive having ownership of your own work within set time frames, using your own initiative to find solutions.
• Be comfortable with a bit of manual handling.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fixtures are set up effectively and displays are attractive.
• Keep shelves well-stocked and products/promotions visible.
• Follow planograms and merchandising standards across stores.
• Set up promotional displays and signage to communicate offers.
• Build and maintain good relationships with in-store colleagues.
• Provide accurate feedback to client account teams via the feedback app.
