Overview

An experienced Sheet Metal Worker is required to play a vital role in the manufacture of high-quality aerospace components, supporting key programmes across both civil and defence sectors. We are looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Worker with a background in aerospace or defence to contribute to the production of precision parts made to exacting standards.

Responsibilities
  • Fabricate and form aerospace components using techniques such as: Rubber press, Hand forming, Profiling formed parts, Wheeling.
  • Work primarily with thin gauge aluminium materials.
  • Interpret and follow engineering drawings, job cards, and process instructions accurately.
  • Ensure the correct use of calibrated tools and maintain adherence to quality control procedures.
  • Follow internal production processes and operate within industry standards for safety and cleanliness, including 5S principles.
  • Produce components to tight tolerances and high visual and dimensional quality.
