Job summary

Certain Advantage is partnering with an engineering business to recruit an experienced Sheet Metal Worker in Manchester. The role will move into a permanent contract after a successful training period. You will be required to undergo UK security clearance.

Key responsibilities include complying with H&S and 5S standards and delivering work to close tolerances with high quality. Candidates should be able to read drawings and work well both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Ability to read / understand drawings.
• Able to work to timescales, using own initiative both individually and as part of a team.
• Experience working with thin gauge aluminium is a plus.

• Ability to read / understand drawings
• Able to work to timescales, using own initiative both individually and as part of a team.
• Rubber press, hand form, profiling parts after form, wheeling (95% of work is thin gauge aluminium)

During the Interview, We May Ask You About:

• Your experience in aerospace
