Job summary

The Best Connection are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Worker to join a busy Dartford factory. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

You will operate CNC brake press, guillotine and TIG/MIG welding equipment, read technical drawings and fabricate sheet metal components to specification, ensuring all work meets quality standards and deadlines. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sheet metal work is essential.
• Proficiency in operating CNC Brake Press, Guillotine, and welding equipment (TIG/MIG).
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines.
• A team player with good communication skills.
• Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks.

Job description

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Sheet Metal Worker to join our client in a busy factory.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Hours are 0800 to 1730 Monday to Friday.

Pay - dependant on experience.

£36,000 - £38,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating CNC Brake Press, Guillotine, and TIG/MIG welding equipment
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Fabricating and assembling sheet metal components to specification
• Ensuring all work is completed to high-quality standards and within deadlines
