Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and assemble sheet metal parts, components, and assemblies from technical drawings
• Support pre-production design and development as part of the company’s product innovation programme
• Use joining techniques including welding, bonding, and riveting in a low volume environment
• Hand-form panels using wheeling, hammer forming, shrinking, and stretching methods
• Inspect materials and finished components to ensure they meet high quality and fine tolerance standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sheet metal work, fabrication, and working to tight tolerances
• Strong ability to read engineering drawings and develop blanks/forms accurately
• Skilled in using hand tools and metalworking equipment safely and effectively
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• BIW (Body-in-White) build experience is desirable but not essential
