Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group, Willand site, is seeking a Safety, Health and Environmental Manager to join the Senior Leadership Team. You will lead a small SHE team and oversee Security, delivering a safe, compliant, and sustainable working environment across a large poultry processing site.

The role requires extensive SHE leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, with a track record of improving SHE performance and embedding safety into daily operations.

Qualifications

• Extensive SHE leadership experience in food manufacturing or FMCG environments.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive cultural change.
• Strong track record of delivering measurable SHE improvements in a large site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of the site SHE strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Create and maintain a safe workplace for employees, contractors and visitors.
• Drive a positive safety culture through coaching, engagement and visible leadership.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation and policies.
• Provide expert SHE guidance to operations and senior stakeholders.
