We have an exciting opportunity for a SHE Coordinator to join our UK Nestle Waters Premium Beverage team at our Princes Gate site in Narberth, Pembrokeshire. Responsibilities

• SHE Administration: Coordinate the administration of the factory SHE management systems, including document management and review and reporting of results and trends to the SHE manager and wider site team.
• Safety Programmes: Maintain existing Safety, Health, and Environment systems and programs.
• Audit and Compliance: Support during internal and external audits of the site to ensure compliance with SHE standards.
• Engagement: Assist with site safety initiatives, campaigns, and site inductions and training and coaching on SHE-related topics.
• Personal Development: Pursue self-development topics to enhance SHE knowledge and capabilities.

Qualifications

• Professional Experience: Prior knowledge of Safety, Health, and Environment management systems is desirable, as is prior experience working within a manufacturing/FMCG setting.
• Administration skills: Proven general administration skills and a methodical approach to work processes and documentation.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
• IT Skills: Proficient IT skills, with a knowledge of Microsoft Excel and a willingness to undergo training if necessary.
• Communication Skills: Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
• Organisational Skills: Effective organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Adaptability: A flexible approach to work, adapting to changing priorities and requirements as needed.
