SharePoint Developer

Location: Hybrid - Croydon Head Office (at least 2 days per week) + Remote

Salary: £56,000 - £61,500 per annum - plus Civil Service pension and other benefits

The Pension Protection Fund s main function is to provide compensation to members of eligible defined benefit pension schemes, when there is a qualifying insolvency event in relation to the employer, and where there are insufficient assets in the pension scheme to cover the Pension Protection Fund level of compensation.

We re looking for a skilled SharePoint Developer to join our Development and Testing team. This is a key role for someone passionate about building high-quality, scalable applications using SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Azure services. If you enjoy solving complex problems and collaborating across teams to deliver impactful digital solutions, we d love to hear from you.

In this role, you ll be responsible for designing and customising SharePoint solutions, integrating applications across Azure services, and supporting site provisioning. You ll work with technologies including SPFx, React/Angular, Power Apps (Canvas), and Power Automate. The role also involves application maintenance, deployment, governance, and promoting best practices across the organisation.

We re looking for candidates with proven experience in custom SharePoint development using SPFx (React), and a strong understanding of M365 services. You should be confident working with cloud technologies like Azure, API development and integration, and SharePoint administration. Experience in architecture modelling, support, and troubleshooting is essential. Finally, sector experience in UK-based pension, investment, or asset management firms would be a valuable bonus.
