Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading delivery within large-scale Shared Services transformation programmes.
• Strong ability to manage multi-department, multi-supplier environments.
• Proven capability in governance, assurance and reporting frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead, monitor and drive delivery of complex programmes with competing priorities and multiple teams.
• Use project methodologies to build cohesive plans, resource modelling and progress reporting.
• Manage competing workstreams and interdependencies to keep governance on track.
• Identify and manage stakeholder relationships with internal partners and HR colleagues.
• Support knowledge sharing and personal development within the Synergy programme.
