Shared Ownership Sales Consultant

Salary : Up to £39,794 basic + quarterly incentives up to £16,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. You'll be responsible for selling our complete portfolio of shared ownership properties, guiding clients through the entire sales process from initial enquiry to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process for all shared ownership stock
• Provide expert guidance to potential buyers on shared ownership schemes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders
• Achieve quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey

What We're Looking For

Proven sales experience within property

Shared ownership experience highly desirable

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation abilities and target-driven mindset

Professional approach with attention to detail

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer

Competitive Package :

Basic salary up to £39,794

Quarterly incentive scheme : up to £4,000 per quarter (£16,000 annually) based on target achievement

Excellent Benefits :

28 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Tuesday to Saturday working pattern (Sunday and Monday off)

Working hours : 9 : 45am - 5 : 15pm
