A local government authority in the UK is seeking a Shared Lives Officer to support individuals with complex needs in a CQC regulated setting. A Shared Lives Officer supports the Registered Manager within a CQC regulated setting to ensure high quality provision of services to older people, working age people with a learning disability, young people from 16 years of age and people with physical and mental health needs. The role is consistent with individual needs in accordance with statute and Government Guidance.
Applicants to posts that are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act will require a DBS from the Disclosure and Barring Service before the appointment is confirmed.
