Job summary

The LMP Group is seeking an experienced Tutor/Assessor to deliver high-quality teaching, coaching and assessment for the HR Support apprenticeship standard. You will support apprentices to develop knowledge, skills and behaviours to provide effective HR support across organisations.

You will teach core HR principles, employment law, recruitment and employee relations, guide learners in building portfolios and preparing for End-Point Assessment, and embed equality, diversity and confidential

Qualifications

• Experience working in HR, employee relations, recruitment, HR operations or people services.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies and the employee lifecycle.
• Experience providing HR advice and support to managers and employees.
• Understanding of HR systems, data management and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging teaching and coaching aligned to HR Support standards.
• Support apprentices to apply learning in real workplace HR scenarios.
• Develop skills in communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving and professional judgement.
• Guide learners in building portfolios and preparing for End-Point Assessment (EPA).
• Embed equality, diversity and inclusion, compliance, confidentiality and professional standards.
