Job description
Job Overview

As an MDT co‑ordinator you will have an eye for detail, a strong team working ethic and be passionate about providing excellent service for our patients.

You will be responsible for co‑ordination of our Severe Intestinal Failure service and work in collaboration with the Intestinal Failure wider MDT team to successfully deliver a networked approach to the intestinal failure pathway.

Secondment will be considered for internal candidates – If you are successful after interview, you must obtain approval from your current line manager to accept the offer.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the collection and recording of clinical data.
  • Prepare for, record and disseminate outputs from the MDT meetings.
  • Facilitate the transfer of SIF patients to the unit.
  • Collect clinical data with great accuracy.

The post holder will be joining our Nutrition team within the Gastroenterology department and will also provide secretarial support to members of the Gastroenterology clinical team.
